We believe that inside every single person is a leader. God created each of us uniquely with distinct gifts, abilities, and passions. We have a few ways to help your student become a leader!

SERVE AT DOXOLOGY CHURCH

There are tons of places to serve right here at our church! Whether that's Children's Ministry, First Impressions, Worship, or Youth Ministry; we can help get your student connected in a serving role!

We want to be a community where our students serve one another. The Youth Leadership Team (YLT) is our leadership development team for students in grades 6–12. YLT members serve in various capacities during our weekly Wednesday gathering and throughout the year across our youth ministry.

More than simply serving, students will be developed and challenged to grow in understanding who God has created them to be and how He has gifted them to serve His Kingdom. Through leadership, responsibility, and discipleship, our desire is to help students take ownership of their faith and live it out in meaningful ways.
